How It Works

Dry Clean Express is simple and convenient to use. You can use our website or Telephone service, whichever suits you best.

Online collection: - It's as easy as 1-2-3 click!

1. Register online here www.drycleanexpress.com.au. You choose a username and complete the on-line registration form.
2. Click on "Order here" and select from the catalogue for the garments you wish to have collected.
3. When your virtual garment bag is ready, click "Checkout". Provide your payment details using our secure form and click 'submit'. This will notify us to collect your garments. Please attach a copy of your Purchase Order to your bag of garments for easy identification.
   
   Please place your order prior to 9:30am on your required collection day.

Telephone collection: - It's as easy as 1-2-3

1. Call our Customer Care Department on 1300 237 925 to request a Registration Form to be emailed to you.
2. Complete the registration form and attach to a disposable bag containing your garments.
3. Leave your bag at reception or concierge and call 1300 237 925 to log your collection request. 
   
   Please phone before 9:30am on your required collection day.

Note: all orders logged after 9.30am will be automatically placed on the next business day collection schedule.
