How it works

Dry Clean Express is simple and convenient to use. Order online or call us on 1300 237 925. 

Online collection: -

1. Register online here www.drycleanexpress.com.au. 
2. Click "Order here" and select the garments you wish to have collected.
3. When your order is ready, click "Checkout". Provide your payment details using our secure form and 'submit'. This will notify us to collect your garments. Please attach a copy of your Purchase Order to your bag of garments for easy identification.
   
   Please place your order prior to 9:30am on your required collection day - MONDAY, WEDNESDAY OR FRIDAY.

Telephone collection: - 

1. Call us on 1300 237 925 to log your collection request. You will be required to provide contact, collection & payment details.
2. Attach your name and contact details to a disposable bag containing your garments. (Registration forms are available upon request)
3. Leave your bag at reception or concierge desk ready for collection.  
   
   Please phone before 9:30am on your required collection day  - Office Collection: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY OR FRIDAY                     - Concierge Collection: DAILY MONDAY TO FRIDAY. 

     All orders taken after 9.30am will be placed on the next collection day list.
